VENTILEX utilizes a unique, but very logical drive mechanism in our Fluid Bed Dryers and Coolers.
The entire Fluid Bed Dryer/Cooler is lifted a slight distance, and moved forward. This is accomplished by a simple cam design (see illustration):
With this simple movement, you are assured that your product is transported in a first in - first out series. This is one of the great advantages that this mechanism gives you, the processor, over vibratory drives. The VENTILEX Drive System is a time-proven system that is simple in design. This assures mechanical reliability. The crank/cam shaft design is so robust, that many customers report that they never need to make any repairs!
