VENTILEX Steam Sterilization for the Decontamination of Spices, Herbs, Seeds and other Organic Materials. The VENTILEX Continuous Steam Sterilizing System is most successfully used for the H.T.S.T. (High Temperature / Short Time) decontamination of spices, herbs and seeds.
The process is simple: Expose the contaminated material to saturated steam for a very short time, then dry and cool the product.
